Det danske boligmarked

Abstract
This report is built upon the dansih housing market.
The report contains a description of the development in the housing market since the turn of the millennium. An analysis of the role the housingmarket come into play in the socio-economic situation. A discussion of the reasons why the housing bubble burst and subsequent stagnation in the housing market a consequence, and a discussion and assessment about what initiatives the new government can put in place to get started in home sales again.
The Danish economy and housing market are linked. When the economy is stable, is the housing market as well. We can see it from the earlier economic crises we have had. The Danish housing market has fluctuated much since the millennium. The first few years of stability, and then subsequent rising prices, which was especially built on speculation, of expecting price rises, and there was built up a housing bubble. The housing bubble was caused partly by the historic low interest rates, loans which were exempt from repayments and the tax freeze, which froze property taxes. The housing bubble burst in 2008, when the crisis came to Denmark, and because of the increasing globalization and economic importance, the housing market has stagnated since then. Several approaches can possibly get the housing market on again, but this is not a permanent solution because it is stabilization and security of the housing market there is missing. The housing market and the Danish economy will stabilize itself, thereby creating trust, and that is not really something we can shoot forward.

1.1 problemafgrænsning I forhold til den økonomiske krise, har jeg fundet det nødvendigt, at fremstille finanskrisens hovedårsag, på baggrund af den amerikanske økonomi. Dog uden at gå mere i dybden i forhold til den europæiske krise, og anden udenlandsk påvirkning, på den danske økonomi i større grad. Det er for at bevare mit fokus på det danske boligmarked.
